Dear Buyer

I would like to share the most interesting car buying experience with Lease by Tel.
I have bought 10 cars in 12 years and all after a lot of bickering and waste of precious time.
So, this time i thought I will try buying by LEASE BY TEL.
I called and talked with Barry. He talks very little, to the point unlike any car sales guy, so much so that you start doubting that how can he sell an 80000 dollar car in a 1 min conversation. Anyway after agreeing to a lease price he commits himself and faxes you the simplest paperwork ever. You would again cast doubts on the deal. After signing the papers within 48 hrs my Range Rover was at my house. I honestly doubted if it s a real one. But it was. I could not believe it!
I am in the process of buying another sports utility from him as I am writng this letter.
I would advise the buyer to be specific in what he wants and then call Barry so it makes it easy for both.
But I found Barry very precise to the point of nearly being short but respectful. A man of words. If he commits on something he will honor it. He keeps things so simple that you will start doubting. But the whole experience was awesome.
I think everyone in USA should lease from lease by tel.

I had a great relationship with the bank on my first lease and am happy to be back with them. I can't say enough about Barry and the fantastic way he takes care of his customers.

I just wanted to say Thank you for coming through for us. We have now leased our second gorgeous vehicle from Barry and I could not be happier. My husband first called Barry in May of 2002 and asked him to find us a Silver Porsche Boxster. Barry called us back and said " he got us a " Silver Boxster S " for the same price as the Boxster. I was thrilled. Well my lease was up May 31. Barry now has gotten me a 2006 Yellow Corvette. I am very, very happy.
It is an absolute pleasure dealing with Lease By Tel. I will never lease a vehicle from anywhere else ever again..

Thanks for the easy transaction for my new Lexus SUV! I am thrilled with my new car. After trying to work out a deal with my local Lexus dealer, i came across weleasebytel on the internet. I have to admit, i was very skeptical! However, Barry is a "no nonsense" guy, who will tell you exactly what to expect, and will follow through with that. I was working with an Audi dealer to close a lease deal on my new S8, and it was such a painful experience that lasted for the better part of a month. The complication was that the publicly-traded company where I serve as CEO was guaranteeing this lease. But the dealer wouldn't honor this. So after wrangling with them for a while I started to wonder whether I should just keep my old Lexus. Then, one morning, while I was leafing through the Wall Street Journal, I noticed an ad for Leasefax.com. I explained to Barry what I needed, and even before I had a chance to fire my old dealer, Barry had the exact model I wanted delivered to my house. I'm completely satisfied with the customer experience that Leasefax offers, and the professionalism of the Leasefax staff. Good Afternoon Barry,

Now that I have had my "new ride" for 2 days and I can remove my self from the front seat, I figured that I would be happy to send you a "review" of my leasing experience. Feel free to use it as you want.

I have been leasing cars for about a zillion years. Always from the dealer and I have had no complaints. They treated me well, spent an hour teaching me about all of the "toys" in the cars and I have always left with a good feeling everywhere EXCEPT in my wallet. I was in the market for an Audi S6 and had shopped at 3 of the closest Audi dealers. (One, very close who owns the Lexus and Porsche dealerships (my last 3 cars) and two about 25 miles away, in smaller towns and smaller dealers where I would expect to get a better price. True to my expectations, I got a very high lease price @ dealer H, and the other two out of town dealers were about 5% less. (a substantial savings with a car this expensive!)

Unfortunately, this was still more than I wanted to spend (ok, actually, more than my WIFE wanted me to spend!). I have seen adds for LeaseFax (or LeaseByTel, they seem to have a few names) in the WallStreet Journal for quite a while and while the prices in the ads seemed very good, I assumed they were teasers, (low mileage, large down payments, etc.) so with some skepticism, I dialed their 800 # Wednesday March 28th. I spoke to Barry and I was very impressed with the outcome. Some of the highlights included:

1). He took the time necessary to explain the features of his lease, and why it is much better for those of us who like to get out of a lease early (OK, I admit it, I do like new toys, and when my 3 year lease has about 6 months left, I get antsy with anticipation of a new toy!).
2). He found the car I wanted (with about 3K more in options) in about 2 hours and my payment was MUCH (over 10% ) lower than the best deal I had found so far.
3). He did not waste any of my time "negotiating" over the price of the lease or the price of my trade (which over the phone was better than any of the local dealers!)
4). Minimal paperwork! The credit app and the trade in information was filled in on one web page in about 5 minutes!
5). Did I mention I saved a LOT of money!

We agreed on the deal later that day, he faxed me the paperwork and the car showed up 3 days later as promised. It took less than an hour for them to unload the truck, do the paperwork (at my house!) pickup my old car and let me get on my way!

I have already visited the HIGH PRICED dealers service dept and found out that I will be treated just like any other customer of theirs. (Since the service dept is a separate profit center, they are striving to keep me happy!)

OK, everything was not perfect. I am not sure that the dealer road tested the car before it was shipped out to me (according to the paperwork, it was done, but perhaps a month or so earlier) since there were 2 minor problems they should have caught. Also, instead of sitting in the car and having the salesperson explain all of the controls to me, I did have to read (and re-read) the manual(s). Since I am saving over 5K in payments over the lease, I figured my time was worth it.

In summary, just like I purchase most high priced items over the internet to not have to pay rent for "brick and mortar" buildings, I will certainly be leasing this way from now on

I recently leased a vehicle from Lease-By-Tel. Barry made the experience as painless and quick as possible. I have leased quite a few vehicles over the yearsand if you know what type of vehicle you are interested in, then Lease-By-Tel is a very attractive option. Barry promptly answered any questions I had. I also never had the impression that I was being jerked around. Barry provided the bottom line numbers and stood by them. He did not try to upsell or deceive. I found the experience refreshing relative to dealing with the typical auto dealors. I expect I will be using the service again in the future.

Dear Barry,

I am writing again to comment about your company. I have leased over a dozen cars for my family over the years, the last two through Lease-By-Tel. I've come to the conclusion that there is no better way to lease a car. From delivery to my lake cabin, to front door service to my house, I've never seen anything quite like your service. Your lease prices are by far the lowest I've found, you are always available, responsive, you know your cars, you are positive, use excellent banks, give great advice and you are always on top of things before I ask.
I also appreciate how you can make things happen. You expedited a lease transfer of my E55 in just a couple days, you found snow tires and wheels for my '07 Corvette and had them delivered to a tire store closest to my home, and even had your driver deliver my extra car from my lake cabin to my home so I could drive my new car over the holiday weekend last year.
